Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT #105126
Certified Anger Management Specialist – Level II

Most of us want the same things: connection, belonging, and a sense of purpose and value. When we feel disconnected or undervalued in a relationship, we often lose vitality and security. People sometimes arrive believing they have failed. I do not see it that way.

I offer a commitment to joining you in the struggle—combining training and experience with your own perspective. I work with an open mind and without judgment, so we can bring vitality and security back into your life and relationships.

I see adults as individuals, couples, and families, in person and by telehealth.

How I work

I have trained in several approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR. I stay open to what the work needs, but my overarching belief is that we can and do heal—individually and together.

We first look carefully at the patterns of behavior, belief, and emotion that keep people stuck. Then we choose a direction and put it into practice.

As a clinician who cares about connection, I aim to be authentic, empathic, and direct. The conversation can include the past, the present, and where you want to go next.

First session

The first meeting is a conversation. My aim is that you leave with a sense that we can work well together and with some hope that things can improve. I cannot promise instant results. I can offer a commitment to the work—or a thoughtful referral if another clinician is a better fit.
